CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take the time to read this important policies: 1. I understand that Lashed by Kiah Mae reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee to the credit card on file for appointments canceled less than 24 hours in advance. In order to provide the best possible service to all clients, I make every effort to accommodate your needs. Appointment confirmations are sent via text or email. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid the cancellation fee. Absolutely no refunds. 2. I understand that Lashed by Kiah Mae reserves the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment without a notice. After 2 no shows you will not be able to book an appointment unless it is paid in full at time of booking. Absolutely no refunds. 3. Please ensure that your lashes are free of mascara, oil, and makeup prior to your appointment. A lash bath will be provided before each session, so we ask that you also arrive without any face makeup. Please refrain from consuming caffeine for at least three hours prior to your appointment. Caffeine can cause eye twitching, which may complicate the process. Lastly please arrive promptly to your appointment.
