CANCELLATION POLICY

Please take a moment to review the following policies, which are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. ⸻ 1. Deposits • A $35 non-refundable deposit is required for all appointments to secure your booking. • The deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service. • Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. • Deposits must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the appointment. Failure to submit the deposit may result in appointment cancellation. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. • A new deposit will be required to book any future appointments. ⸻ 3. No-Shows • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the service cost. • No-shows may be restricted from booking future appointments. • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. ⸻ 4. Pre-Appointment Guidelines To ensure the best possible results and a seamless lash application process, please observe the following: • Arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, oils, and eye makeup. • A complimentary lash bath is available if needed; however, arriving with a clean face is strongly encouraged for optimal retention. • Please avoid caffeine for at least three hours prior to your appointment, as it may cause eye twitching or movement. • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals will still be required to end their appointment at the originally scheduled time out of respect for other clients. ⸻ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
