CANCELLATION POLICY

Client Policy Agreement – Lashed by Kiah Mae Please take a moment to review the following policies to help ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all clients. By scheduling an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below. ⸻ 1. Deposits • A non-refundable deposit of $30 is required to secure all appointments for a full set. • This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your full set appointment. • Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. ⸻ 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. • Appointments changed or canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the total cost of the service. ⸻ 3. No-Shows • Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the cost of the service. • Refunds are not provided under any circumstances. ⸻ 4. Pre-Appointment Guidelines To ensure the best possible results and a seamless lash application process, please observe the following: • Arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara, oils, and makeup. • A complimentary lash bath is available if needed, but arriving without face makeup is strongly encouraged for optimal retention. • Refrain from consuming caffeine for at least three hours before your appointment, as it may cause eye movement or twitching. • Please arrive on time. If you are late, your appointment will still end at the originally scheduled time out of consideration for other clients. ⸻ Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
